The main aim of this extension was to add a second bedroom, with the possibility of eventually transforming part of the living space into a third. The challenge was to ensure that the added bedroom receives natural daylight while at the same time maximising the living space. The clients' wish was to set the kitchen as a central place in the home while also taking advantage of the large terrace and integrating it into the living space.
